      Pros

      A community of believers that quickly become family. Working towards bringing the word of God to the entire globe. They make great coffee, innovate at the speed of light, and put God and family first. They make leaders out of their employees. They truly are a diamond in the rough...a light in a dark place.

      Cons

      Pay is somewhat low compared to the corporate world but the medical benefits simply can't be beat nor can the community that surrounds you. It isn't a job - it is a calling.

      Pros

      The mission of the church - it's to lead people to become fully devoted followers of Christ which is the greatest mission on earth. This mission is what drives everything here. And we have fun doing what we get to do. It's not a job for me, it's a calling. It's also great to get to work with the best of the best. The team here stays humble but hustles hard.

      Cons

      If you are looking for a laid back church job, then this is not the place for you.

      Pros

      This isn't a job; it's a calling! Everyone on staff here has a very strong calling to ministry and is fully focused on our mission. The leadership development culture is absolutely top-notch. You'll look back after just a few months and be able to see ways you've grown personally and professionally. I have full faith in Pastor Craig and all the other senior leaders of the organization, which is so rare in many work environments. Best of all, everything we do results in changed lives around the world! God is really doing something amazing here, and I'm grateful every day to be on the team.

      The pace here can be intense and we have a high feedback culture, so if you're not prepared or equipped to navigate those, this might not be the place for you.
