      Pros

      Ministering to people. Knowing I was doing Kingdom work! Benefits were good! Met a lot of new, amazing people!

      Cons

      They are turning the church more into a business. Numbers were more important than people. High demands. Expectations were rediculous!Little time with your family. Work 5-6 days a week, depending on campus. High turnover. People were placed into positions they were not qualified. And, don't expect to stay at a campus for more than 3 years. You are expected to grow and move up the ranks, even if you didn't feel called.

      Pros

      I Loved working with children and the school staff. I enjoyed leading circle of friends leader groups. Helping elementary students learn to read. Helping children with social skills and how to get along with others

      Cons

      Children that were physical and had severe tantrums could be a challenge. There was not enough trained staff to assist during a crisis situation

      Leadership culture is healthy and encouraging. Our vision is consistent but how we accomplish our vision is ever changing. Christ focused organization with highly talented staff.

      Cons

      Being on staff is very demanding. You have to be able to function well in a high stress role. Willingness to work weekends or nights on a regular basis.
