      Pros

      The fact I can use my skills and express my passions in a local church reaching a local community all while we are thinking about the global church through the our missions partners and digital missions like Church Online, Open Network, YouVersion Bible App. We are truly part of something that is bigger than just my individual contributions, but I know that what I do every day is making a huge impact.

      Living away from our family who is all back in our hometown.

      It's an honor to work at a place where we have a clearly defined mission, core values and behavioral values. We have a culture that is soooooo special!

      The con is the pro. This is an environment where you are poured into and resourced with whatever you need to succeed. Having an opportunity to grow and get feedback from everyone is the organization is fantastic!
