      Working at Life.Church allows us the opportunity to work with the most passionate and most talented people. The church leadership believes in each person and puts a lot of resources in developing each person to expand their leadership capacity. We are constantly looking for ways to improve so that we can accomplish the mission (to lead people to become fully devoted followers of Christ) more effectively and efficiently.

      Cons

      Life.Church is a place you bring your best every day. Because of our passion for the mission and for people, we cannot remain the same day to day. We have to develop and grow every day. This is not a place to be stagnant or complacent.

      This is the most meaningful career I can imagine. LifeChurch's mission is clear simple and easy to get behind. Everything about this job is rewarding and I love what I get to do for a living.

      Pros

      I have never been at a place where people care more about me and my development. Its amazing to know that everyday I have a place to come grow, be challenged, have fun and use my gifts to the best of their ability. I would not want to work anywhere else.

      Cons

      Its not really a downside but it definitely takes sacrifice to be a part of Life.Church. We give up things we love for things we love even more.
