      Pros

      Excellent, creative, and hardworking staff, and loved how passionate everyone was about their work and the mission of the church. You'll have a lot of fun working for this organization.

      Cons

      Greatly underpaid. Overall the team was negative about your work and didn't give any positive reinforcement. Poor management because they were so negative and didn't communicate expectations well.

      You get to be part of something that is so much bigger than yourself.

      Cons

      Pace is really fast -- which is almost always a good thing, but it can be unmanageable at times and run people over.

      Benefits, compensation, development, work-life balance, caring co-workers, great technology, and best of all a mission i can believe in and pour my life into.

      Cons

      High feedback culture can be difficult at times. The mission is valued higher than the individual, which can sometimes feel uncaring.
