      I have never heard anyone say, "man, I can't believe I devoted myself to Gods business". You wot regret it.

      Cons

      Sometimes this will be hard. Bit honestly that's life. There are no guarantees that anything will be easy.

      Pros

      I would do it all over again, and probably will. Great people, great organization, great mission. Everyone and I do mean everyone was authentic and real...humble leadership. The people on my team were/are friends at work, afterwork and in my favorites on my cell. While the pay wasn't great, the benefits were the best I ever had.

      Cons

      Underpaid...perhaps. However, I accepted the offer because of my belief in the mission. It's not for everyone. You want an easy, high paid job? Go elsewhere. You want to be a part of an organization that does incredible things...go for it. If you accept the money don't complain about it.
