      Pros

      Great atmosphere. Doing work that really matters. Incredible family feel. They really take care of their employees. I feel blessed to be a part of such a large and world-changing move of God!

      Cons

      Like all ministry jobs, it's a life gig, not just 9-5. One really has to work to keep work at work, and sometimes that's just not possible.

      Pros

      I'm constantly motivated to be a better Wife, Mom, and Leader. There's no reason I can't succeed and I love that the environment. I work with people who care about me and my family and our vision as a Church. People are Christ centered and authentic.

      Cons

      In this environment you must be self aware as it aids in your development. Without self-awareness your success could be limited. Feedback is constant and necessary for healthy development...if you're not able to apply feedback you may not be able to keep up.

      Pros

      The best reason for working here can be summed up in the words of one of our core values: We will do anything short of sin to reach people who don't know Christ.

      Cons

      If you're not careful, a work/life balance can be a challenge here. However, listening to leaderships advice on that will set you up well and help you keep your alignment (God, spouse, kids, work, etc.) in check.
