Pros

LifeChurch.tv has a great corporate culture. With core values like fun, generosity, risk-taking, etc., it's a great place to work. Team and personal development are both very important at LifeChurch.tv. The leadership invests a lot of time and effort in helping every employee reach their full potential. The benefits are very good. LifeChurch.tv offers extra benefits, like cell phone reimbursement, wellness reimbursement, etc.

Cons

I wouldn't consider these as "cons" but more as challenges. The culture is very driven and the expectations are high. Staff members are expected to keep up or speak up. It's also a very high feedback culture, which is a big plus, but it can be difficult for new employees who are not yet accustomed to it. Roll with the punches, keep the lines of communication open and push through the learning curve. It's worth it!

Pros

I love working at LifeChurch. I love how its a family. Everyone is pulling for each other and we all come together when someone is in need. I love how we build each other up as leaders and are always giving feedback.

Cons

The spiritual attacks that come with ministry.

Pros

It's ministry like you've never done before -with some crazy talented & intelligent people. I don't think I've grown and been challenged anywhere like I have at LifeChurch.tv (personally & professionally).

Cons

The only con is that you have to be even more intentional about keeping your relationship with Christ separate from ministry/work. Ministry does NOT take the place of your personal relationship.
