      Management strives to improve both the environment and personal growth of all employees. They live by example what they expect from the employees. They live with integrity, and encourage the staff to walk there as well.

      Pros

      I love working at Lifechurch.tv mostly because I know my efforts are not in vain in the most important ways. The fact that we are impacting people all over the globe truly gives me a sense of fulfillment. I love the fact that the culture is fast paced and excellent, which means I am never bored and always improving. The details matter at Lifechurch.tv even though this organization is growing rapidly. It's also a FUN environment to be yourself and be able to do the things you're good at at don't do the things you aren't.

      Cons

      It's a constant moving train. You must keep up! And you must learn to be a question asker and initiater if you aren't already. I can't think of negative things that really matter as all places will have small nit picky issues. It's also very open feedback so you can't be too sensitive. Everything that happens here is for the cause of Christ, and sometimes that gets messy.

      Pros

      I love being part of a church that is literally impacting the world! Although the development culture has been very challenging at times, I wouldn't trade the impact it has made on me as a leader. It is a fun place to work and very rewarding.

      Cons

      Sometimes the pace and expectations that come with being a LifeChurch.tv employee can be challenging. However, it's still worth it!
