Pros

LifeChurch.tv is the most challenging, rewarding, fulfilling work experience of my life. I am honored to be apart of this amazing team. Leadership invests and cares for the staff, the culture of development and performance is perfectly balanced. I have grown more professionally and personally through my experiences here as a staff member, than all my years working for other organizations.

Cons

If you are here for self branding - this isn't the spot for you. It isn't about you but about what God is doing here and the team he is using. You will sacrifice here, but the reward is worth it!

Pros

It's amazing and fulfilling to know that the work we are doing is making a global impact. There are so many opportunities for development - both professional and personal. Our leaders really care about us not just as staff members but as people.

Cons

Be ready for a LOT of feedback on work product, personal behaviors, etc. While it's always intended for our best, it can sometimes be overwhelming if you're not prepared for it.

Pros

I absolutely love the genuine relationships you create, the opportunities to not only use your God-given gifts but the opportunities to grow in them as well, and all of the benefits that come with working here. They don't just encourage being a good employee, they encourage being a good person as well as giving you opportunities and resources to do that.

Cons

This is not so much a con but more of a reality of working here. Because you work at a church, you automatically assume the role of a leader and are held to high standards in every aspect of your life professionally, relationally, financially, physically, mentally, and 100% spiritually. Every single person on staff can admit that at times it can be difficult, but we also see that our reactions to difficult times are part of bringing glory to God.
