      Work-life balance is great Leadership is amazing Professional environment Team environment Personal development Professional development Feedback is our culture Benefits and Compensation are very competitive. Your entire life will benefit from this job!

      Cons

      We work for the weekends, so don't expect them off. Open office layout can make getting work done hard. Expectations are high, don't apply if you aren't willing to work hard.

      Pros

      LifeChurch.tv is by far the best employer I've had due to the culture, beliefs and family-oriented values. They care about not only your professional development but more importantly, your personal development. They push you beyond what you thought you had in you.

      Cons

      Letting it consume you and not keeping your personal time with God, not letting the job substitute that. And…ensure you have a work/family balance, set boundaries and stick to them.

      lots of leadership development opportunities, authentic team members, surrounded by people who want to help and are passionate about their work

      Cons

      The team is ever growing and changing so you might not be able to know staff members on other teams well. You must be able to face the spiritual attack that accompanies ministry so your family doesn't falter as a result of being too focused on work.
