Pros

The staff is a tremendous work family,added to that, you are empowered to steward your time and your resources rather than being micro-managed. Family is extremely important so caring for spouses and children take precedence. We are encouraged to learn! Whether it's to gain expertise in out job responsibilities or about ourselves, we become aware of our strengths and weaknesses and aim to be well-rounded individuals.

Cons

Salary is much lower than expected. Benefits for the employee are good, but not affordable for the family.

The development aspect is phenomenal. We are pushed to continue to learn. The people that I work with are high quality individuals. Feedback is received well and encouraged. The real reason that I am here continues to be the changed lives that I am able to contribute towards every day.

Cons

Everything that gave me an advantage in the corporate world (reliability, loyalty, responsibility, high achiever, intelligence, peacefulness) is baseline at LC.

I can't think of any greater cause worth giving my life to than reaching people who do not know Christ. God has positioned LifeChurch.tv in such a way that we can be very successful in doing just that. I love seeing lives changed and people come alive as they experience life as God intended it to be. We also have a blast! It is a challenging work environment where you will grow and develop in ways you never imagined possible, but it is all worth it! LifeChurch.tv leadership is authentic and passionate. Wouldn't want to work anywhere else!

Cons

The work environment is intense. There are high expectations combined with a culture of constant feedback. If you don't like a fast paced, development focused, high accountability work environment that is focused on producing results ... LifeChurch.tv is probably not a good fit.
