      Pros

      I love the opportunities I have to get better by working at LifeChurch.tv. Personal development is a bug deal to me, and to get to work at a place that not only values personal development, but we also get to play a part in changing eternity, does it get any better?

      Cons

      Ministry can be grueling work regardless of what church you work for. LifeChurch.tv is no different.

      Pros

      Personal development, a growing church, effective approach, great team. Compensation increases with performance in my experience.

      Cons

      Isn't a place for people who don't like to work hard, grow personally, and take and respond to feedback. If you don't like those things stay away.

      Pros

      There are so many great things! The freedom to innovate, the ability to hang out with staff and collaborate, the opportunity to see lives changed on a regular basis...I could go on for ages. It's so varied and fast paced but the amount of fun we have doing it and the lives we see changed is so worth it.

      Cons

      I would say that some challenges would be balancing personal life and being able to be "off." Our pace can be brutal for families so it's just very important to have time to take off, time to leave work at work and be supported in those decisions by your team. It's all about balance.
