Pros

I love my church! We weekly see people who wouldn't attend church walk into our doors! I love being connected to the vision of giving everything we produce away to other churches. I have personally grown from the intentional leadership.

Cons

Sometimes the schedule can be tough. we serve in a very fast paced organization. You have to work hard in balancing your schedule to not loose site of other priorities.

We are a mission first organization that does not allow the the smalls things to distract us from why we exist. We keep the main thing the main thing.

Cons

We have a driven culture that is always pushing to grow and improve. With this emphasis on our measurable results it can be easy to forget the people and instead focus on the numbers. Our mission is about leading people to become fully devoted followers of Chris and it is not about the crowd, but instead of the one and their story.

An incredibly life-building culture that asks a lot of people, but provides so much opportunity to be developed and grow. If someone doesn't come out of their time at LC more mature, sharper, and better at their chosen field, it's because they lacked the willingness or ability to be developed.

Cons

Incredibly fast pace and high expectations can wear people down if they are not fully invested in what they do.
