      Pros

      It has been amazing to know that the work put in pays off. The work environment is amazing and has a strong team feel. I am a completely different person from working here.

      Cons

      A potential con would be that it can be easy to overwork oneself since there is always more to do. Personal boundaries with time management will eliminate the con.

      It is an honor to partner with a dynamic organization on the greatest mission on earth! I have an opportunity to work with extremely talented people who are committed to reaching people for Christ.

      Cons

      Ministry has its share of challenges, but it is overwhelmingly rewarding.

      After 25 years in full-time ministry I dreamed of serving in a church like LifeChurch.tv. They just get it right.

      Pros

      It is a high feedback culture, great team work, excellent training, and clear expectations. LifeChurch.tv is very intentional about everything they do.

      Cons

      You have to be very intentional about work-life balance. LifeChurch.tv is passionate about it's mission and the time involved to accomplish it. I really don't see this as a con, but an awareness.
