      Pros

      The investment into our staff by leadership is second to none. Relationally, personally, spiritually. Self-awareness and development are fundamental to our culture and who doesn't need to grow in these areas?! I am an infinitely better leader and follower of Christ because of these investments.

      Cons

      If you don't have a strong, consistent relationship with Jesus as your foundation, you can lose your way quick. You need steely strong work-life balance in order to keep ministry from overtaking your relationship with Jesus or your family.

      Pros

      Lifechurch.tv has an excellent mission and is committed to consistently driving all momentum to achieve that mission. It's an honor to serve on this team, and I'm proud of the work we get to do.

      Cons

      Anything valuable takes sacrifice. There have been lots of sacrifices I've made in order to stay committed to the organization, and sometimes at the expense of my family who lives far away.

      Pros

      LifeChurch.tv is an amazing church, truly understanding what it means to make the mission happen. Co-workers are amazingly talented, and the church fosters a strong culture of development.

      Cons

      It's a fast-paced work environment, which is exciting but can also lead you to feeling swamped. Benefits are great but salary is not. It's also a high-feedback culture, which I appreciate, but that is tough for some.
