      Pros

      Work environment is fun and rewarding. Benefits are more than what I expected. The vision of LifeChurch is clear and we are a team, all working together for a common purpose, to lead people to become fully devoted followers of Christ. The leadership really cares about our personal development and growth and promotion opportunities.

      Cons

      Challenges would include temptation to work too hard because when you are dealing with people and their needs, and when you really want to make a difference, sometimes it is hard to turn it off. But with the help of other employees and great leaders, a healthy work load is definitely achievable.

      Pros

      It's so awesome to know that each day when I come to work I am impacting eternity. I also love the feedback and development culture. You cannot survive or thrive here if you are happy remaining mediocre. The leadership has strong vision and has learned a lot about how to do ministry in an effective way - more similar to a corporation than a church.

      Cons

      Spiritual attack is real and has increased now that I am a part of what is happening here.
