      personal, leadership, and spiritual development celebrating life change lots of laughing very collaborative and intentional strong culture and leadership focused on faith and family encouraging as well as challenging environment

      sacrifices in compensation and normal work hours but working at LifeChurch.tv isn't a job, it's truly a calling

      Pros

      Working at LC.tv is rewarding and challenging. I get to work with some of the most passionate and talented people in the world. We are also so blessed to be in a high development culture and to have such GREAT leadership. I love getting to be apart of what God is doing!!

      Truly, I can't think of a con. Any concern I've ever had, I have learned ways to grow and develop beyond my limitations.

      Pros

      This organization is accomplishing, through Christ, the single greatest mission ever. I am proud and humbled to work here. I don't really see it as a job but a calling. I wake up each day looking forward to facing new challenges.

      Cons

      Salary is lower than corporate world, but way above average for a non-profit. With so many campuses we must be more diligent to documenting our processes and ensuring each locations is playing by the rules.
