      Pros

      Everyone is on mission for Jesus. In doing so, they model His love for one another by truly caring about the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of each person. It's a high performing culture because everyone wants to do their very best for God. The leadership leads by example. I feel valued!

      Cons

      The onboarding process and documentation for new software engineers is lacking and I felt like I was fumbling around for the first few weeks.

      Pros

      Life.Church draws out the best in you, doesn’t get bogged down in process, but moves the mission forward with strong relational investment, innovation, a heart for your holistic health, and an authentic belief in accomplishing the impossible together.

      Cons

      If you aren’t ready to run and do the hard work on yourself - approaching everything with humility and a teachable attitude - you won’t make it.

      Pros

      High Trust, High Energy, Fast Paced, Fun and challenging. You are able to work with people you love. Everyone around you believes in you and you are part of a team environment! I love what I get to do! Each year working here gets better and better.

      Cons

      You will work hard and very hard. If you just want a job where you can coast, this place is not for you.
