      Pros

      At Life.Church, you have the opportunity to be part of the greatest mission on earth. The leaders of the church do a good job of keeping the mission in front of you. You have every opportunity you could want to grow and get better.

      Cons

      It does operate at a fast pace so you'll need a strong work ethic to keep up.

      We agree with you: Life.Church is a fast-paced environment! We definitely don’t have it all down yet, but we are always trying to get better at making sure that the time you spend outside the office with family and friends is as fruitful and fulfilling as the time you get to invest at work.

      Pros

      There's no better way I could think to use my talents than by working here to spread the Gospel. The mission alone would be enough; but the amazing team, work environment, and leadership makes it that much better! I'm fulfilled every day knowing that what I'm doing has purpose. We're solving large-scale technical problems and encouraged to stay current with the latest development tools. It's truly the intersection of the Church and technology.

      Cons

      I wouldn't recommend if you aren't up for a challenge and high expectations.

      Being part of a mission that is so much bigger than myself, I am so thankful to have the opportunity to serve on a team that allows me to grow professionally, personally, and spiritually. I am a better wife, mother, and overall person because of the opportunities I've been given on the YouVersion Team and at Life.Church.

      Our team is growing which is so exciting but can also bring some growing pains and transitions.
