      Pros

      If you are on the team, the leadership will constantly remind you that you are called to something amazing that God is doing, we just get to join Him. The campus team is like a second family. The leadership cares more about my marriage/family life than they do the job that I do. Leadership is very committed to the vision and they make it contagious. Working here is a great place to grow, they want people to improve everyday so be ready for feedback.

      Cons

      It’s a high paced work environment. Because our calling is so great, sometimes we have to work a lot of hours.

      Pros

      I have never worked anywhere that is so laser focused on one mission and vision. Everything we do is driven from that place. Having a job that brings real purpose and meaning to my life, is one of the greatest gifts.

      Cons

      Working on campuses, we are all spread out across the city and even country. I just wish I could see everybody more often!
