Pros

Our culture is high-development and focuses on developing and releasing leaders at every level of our organization, my coworkers are incredibly caring and personal, our mission is very clear which drives us to reach people for Christ, we are adequately equipped with both the knowledge and tools to accomplish our job, and we have a tun of fun

Cons

Some might consider the interview process daunting and the work pace fast, but I greatly enjoy it.

Pros

Great mission and vision! You will grow, learn, and develop as an individual. The culture is very strong and has clear values that guide decisions. It is an amazing place to work, grow, and develop. The impact on people's lives is pretty incredible when you step back and think about all that God is doing through Life.Church. I am honored and humbled to be a part of Life.Church.

Cons

The pace and push for growth is always present; which is very taxing on individuals and families. The pace is a part of the culture. There is a paradox between "you are called to do this" and at the same time "next person up mentality" that often feels cold, impersonal, and that you are useful until you are not any more. The theme "grow or go" is not a motto but a mandate, and you are always reminded that there are people who can and will do your job if you are not there or able to cut it. It takes intentional planning and real sacrifice for families to remain long-term at Life.Church.
