I love working at Life.Church. I know that when I bring my best to work every day, it will be appreciated and valued. My team leaders have shown time and time again that they care about me as a person in addition to as an employee. I also know that my contributions to Life.Church make an eternal difference. Life.Church is more than just a workplace, it is a calling.

Cons

Life.Church is a very fast-paced work environment. Our teams run lean, and they can run hard. While leadership does a great job of emphasizing the importance of work-life balance, the fast-paced nature of our work isn't for everyone.

Great work environment. Leadership cares a lot for each team member. Christ is front and center and the mission is clear and easy to get behind. It is fun going to work everyday. Love the culture and the determination to stay on coarse with it.

Cons

Own the responsibility of your work balance. The environment at Life.Church is fast paced. That is not a bad thing, but you need to learn to manage yourself well.

There are intense seasons of demands at Life.Church that will require more energy and attention. There are some things you'll enjoy more or less than others, which is to be expected at someplace serving a large staff and even larger church.
