The culture of working at Life.Church is incredible. I work under and alongside incredible leaders who care deeply for me as a person and who encourage my performance to be the best that I can be. My faith is deeper, my family is better, my finances are stronger, and my leadership is sharper because of working here!

Cons

Working in ministry is both the greatest blessing, and the greatest burden I have ever experienced. There is always more to be done than there are hours in the day. You can see incredible moves of God and immense heartbreak all in the same day. You truly have to be called to this in order to thrive.

- Leadership genuinely cares for you, your family, and future. - Plenty of upward mobility. - After working with other church organizations, Life.Church does not allow "church-politics" or favoritism to affect employee's growth opportunities or the mission of reaching people who don't know Christ.

Cons

A fast-paced and demanding working environment is not suitable for everybody.

Pros

Life.Church is God focused and what you see walking in the doors as a first time guest is the same as you come on staff and are in closed door meetings. I have been highly impressed with the professional and care personal balance. I know that I am cared for as an individual.

Cons

Like any job there is some level of politics. But remember that your boss is only human too and is going to want to surround themselves with people they enjoy being around.
