      Most importantly, our mission. But even more than that, our development culture and team health is one of the greatest in the world. I'm so grateful that this is the environment I get the be in everyday.

      Learning to leave the weight of work at work. Pastoring people is not easy or simple, but it is worth it!

      This is not a con, but just information. This is HARD WORK. We laugh hard, but we work HARD. Ministry is HARD, but also so REWARDING.
