      Pros

      Good community. Lots of flex time. Great mission.

      Cons

      Disconnect between Leadership Team and departmental leadership: often expressing different priorities and inconsistent values. A lot of stress induced to achieve precision over achieving impact/results. It's a hard place to last long.

      I’m surrounded by people who are sold out for the mission to lead people to become fully devoted followers of Christ! I’m encouraged to develop my leadership every step of the way. This is the best place I’ve ever worked! I can’t believe how blessed I am.

      Cons

      It’s not for everyone. We’re lean teams that run really fast. Our work load is heavy because the mission is important.
