Although they talk about career progression a lot when asked several times how I can take on more management type roles there was never really an answer.

We are proud to offer a wide range of benefits to our employees, including our Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP), which is a completely LCE-funded benefit that allows employees to benefit directly from the company's success. With regard to promotion opportunities in to management positions, that depends on a lot of factors, but we are very focused on offering those opportunities to our employees when they do open up.

Nice people who are outgoing and kind. They try to have cool company events sometimes but they're not very exciting

Cons

Mostly people who want to retire. A lot of reared lockheeds and engineers, but that is to be expected . Extremely soloed culture
