      Flexible work schedule with every other Friday off. People are friendly.

      Cons

      There can either be a lot of work or no work at all. Feel a little stuck in the roll I'm in.

      this is a very family environment. everyone is willing to go out of the way for you! its great. pay is good (Philadelphia) and they give you great perks like free coffee, parties.

      Sometimes your cust is hard to deal with. but they pay the bills

      Pros

      A friendly company atmosphere. Employee owned and corporate seems to actually care about improving company benefits.

      Cons

      As with many contracting companies, most of the work is not at LCE's office, but at a client site. Many of the company benefits aren't readily accessible on a daily basis.
