Pros

Good flexibility in work hours as long as the bulk are between 9 AM - 3PM Decent Pay Optional Flex Days Work life balance is on point. When my hours are done, I no longer think about work and no one asks me to.

Cons

Contract work is unreliable, and your employment is based on retaining contracts Management is all over the place ranging from complete washing of hands to total micromanaging. There is no comfortable middle ground. Some of the people who work there treat it like a boys club. Very little room for growth besides being drafted into the government side.

Pros

Supportive staff, company-paid cell phone, company-provided laptop, 401(k) match, ESOP, large leave carryover (twice yearly accrual, so 160, 240, or 320 hours), sick leave

Cons

Disorganized internally, doesn't apply own advice given to clients, a bit of a good-ol-boys club at the higher levels, treats you like family until it's more convenient to shut you out

Pros

Great leadership team. Used a very personal touch and access to the highest organizational levels at any time.

Cons

Switched focus to Business Development and sales instead of pure customer support and employee development. People in some positions were not positioned according to their strengths.
