Pros

i made a lot of good friends with coworkers, great employee discount on good quality supplements, okay benefits

Cons

the customers are a demanding group of people & there are "chronic callers" who will call & ask ridiculous questions that no one should have to look into on the daily, your calls will get scanned & graded - its disheartening to come into work & read what you're doing wrong every day in your emails, you have to ask to go to the bathroom & every time you go it comes out of your break time, when it gets busy your brain will get FRIED if you're a wellness specialist, emotionally draining, people will call one minute before close & you are required to talk to them for 20 minutes if they don't get off sooner.

Pros

The pay is pretty good, especially for recent college graduates. Free health and dental insurance, which is hard to come by these days. Overtime is always available, could be a good thing or bad thing.

Cons

You are just a number here. You can work a full 8 hour shift and not talk to 1 coworker. You are literally tied to the phone. Life Extension customers are abusvie and you don't have support from supervisors. Everyone who gets on the phone can't wait to get off.
