Pros

Great training on supplements and science behind them. Great employee discount on supplement.

Cons

Stats requirements for Health Advisors calls are ridiculous. The way you have to speak to customers without violating FDA regulations is extremely frustrating. It's almost impossible to get a 100% on any review, management is just looking for ways to ding you points, since your promotions, raises and other perks are all based on the score they decide to give you. It's very very hard to advance or get a raise.

Pros

Good pay and decent benefits.

Cons

Call center employees are constantly monitored. Need to ask for bathroom breaks. A lot of micromanaging. You get a sense of very low company values and poor morale. The result is good people leaving when an opportunity arise. People don't see the company as a friendly environment, but a way to pay the bills.
