Ok pay. Free health insurance. Flexible Schedule options when you have been there over a year. Lots of overtime available.

Cons

Management constantly threatening to fire you to try to improve performance. You can only get promoted if your friends with certain people. Once you get on their bad side you will get write ups until they fire you.

-Benefits -If i could have given this company 0 stars I would have.

Cons

-Terrible micromanaging by management that undermines everything the companies claims they are trying to do. -Underpaid -Actually have to ask for bathroom breaks. -Forced to speak nightly with chronic callers who are sometimes abusive. Some customer are only allowed to speak with male advisers because they harass the female employees. -Bombarded with negativity all day...no positive reinforcement. Total lack of appreciation.
