Fellow employees are great! They feed you.

Cons

You will be micromanaged. The customers are abusive. Every year they cut bonuses and raises so they can invest more into the company and the benefits get worse. Plus you get no sick time or personal days. If you call out, you get a point no matter what unless you make the time up. Imagine being sick, needing to rest to recover, you have a Doctor’s note,, and you’re told unless you work during your recovery, you’re getting an attendance point. You will get written up a lot for minor things. The job is extremely stressful. The QA is subjective. 2 people can do the same QA and 1 person passes you, the other person fails you.

Forced to work in the office, unable to make schedule changes, always given misleading information - set up for failure. Every trainer contradicts each other. Extremely high turnover rate
