Pros

Health insurance and good coworkers (not managers or CEOs they are the worst but direct supervisors are mostly good)

Cons

Extremely strict and subjective QA that changes constantly and is endlessly useless and confusing. A HEALTH COMPANY that won't accept a doctor's note so you get points, have to get FMLA. No separate point free sick days! Absolutely awful treatment of people! CRUEL AND OPPRESSIVE WORK ENVIRONMENT. customers and managers mistreat you constantly, they won't ban chronics who spend no money but harass us every day. Retention is worse than ever because they severely micromanage every second of your day more and more, it used to be much more relaxed. People won't work for you for long when you micromanage them to the EXTREME. Not enough time off, schedules aren't flexible or easy to change, could easily be full-time remote but CEO won't allow it This job is so bad people quit during training or shortly after in droves, classes are smaller and smaller because no one wants to work here since it is so awful.

Pros

Great benefits, match up to 6% of retirement, keep after 3 years of employment. Flexible scheduling and hybrid schedule. Company offers incentives for high KPI monthly, also offering gift card bonuses for participating in lab reviews or company culture events. 3 month paid training to make sure you are ready to take in-bound calls.

Cons

Can't have both days on weekends off unless scheduling or use days off. Hours can vary once you start working, but earlier schedules are available as new hire classes begin. Accommodated some very rude customers regularly that would talk down to qualified specialists.
