Overall not a bad organization if you are new and need experience or ready to retire and want to relax. Definitely not a place for longevity unless you are complacent and comfortable being stagnant in your career. They pay you well to start but promotions are insulting or non existent. I watched multiple qualified and deserving colleagues grow with the company only to be passed on for promotions. The company lacks innovation and foresight: i.e. an e-commerce company without a mobile application, laughable. The company culture is all about those who are friends of the owner or willing to brown nose their way for acceptance- typical corporate environment.

Management is toxic, and the company overall poses as being very open to employee input and suggestion which is just not true. The initial benefits have gone SEVERELY downhill overtime. Bonuses are almost nonexistent now, the in-house cafeteria is gone, and raises are laughable. They don't treat their employees well and that's why the turnover rate is and stays very high. Lastly, the industry standards for pay are wayyyy above what this place offers, so look elsewhere.
