Decent pay/Overtime Opportunities Good relationships with Coworkers

Cons

No rest Call center job so you're on the phone for hours a day being harassed and abused by chronic callers Almost always asked to work overtime as well as skip lunch/days off Strict quality control on calls little to no room to move up in the company

great benefits such as free medical and dental, 401K match up to 6%, employee discount, lots of opportunity for overtime, wonderful co-workers

Cons

Starting Las Vegas hours are 1:30-10 pm, open weekends and all major holidays, high call volume, sometimes difficult customers, sometimes a lack of communication between departments (especially between Florida and Vegas)
