Pros

The company has been doing very well due to the pandemic. Consistent record breaking sales due to consumers buying more vitamins. This is an industry trend and is not attributed to any particular efforts by the company. Most employees take their jobs seriously and get their tasks and projects done on time.

Cons

I've been with the company for a few years and have noticed a decline in employee morale. This began even before the pandemic but has increased more so since then. I think this is occurring for a few reasons, 1) The sales have been great due to the pandemic but the company has done nothing at all to reward employees even though they are experiencing a very large increase in revenue. We heard rumors that the CEO and upper management got nice bonuses and raises but nothing additional was provided to mid-level management and below. 2) Team building activities and efforts are non-existent. This has become a bigger problem now that the office is closed and most are working remote. I feel very bad for those employees that started this year as everything is all business and they have no opportunities to get to know co-workers on a personal level. 3) Most of leadership lives in fear of the CEO. He ultimately makes most decisions and is rarely open to making any major improvements to current processes and campaigns. He is very cold and unfriendly.

Pros

okay for new college grads to get hands wet.

Cons

micro management to max, all high visibility projects are worked on by employees who have been there for ages (which is a paradox because work is hogged by managers and their fav employees and then "what are you working on" ) .
