Pros

great pay and coworkers, lots of incentives

Cons

Quality expectations are sometimes a bit over the top and over-analyzed. After being a great employee for over 8 years with lots of departmental training there really is no place to go. Pressure to cater to obnoxious and ridiculous customers.

Moving in the right direction

Pros

Good Salary, Excellent Benefits. I feel company bends over backwards to value its employees. The thing someone on here said about free food isn't true in Fort Lauderdale. Whether this is a pro or con or not depends, but this is a strait-laced conservative company culture. At the same time, they are easy going and tolerant. It's a little hard to describe how both of these are true until you experience it.

Cons

The company is moving in the right direction, but would benefit from jettisoning its owner's wacky views and direct mail strategies. The more they continue to target the average consumer rather than the person who thinks they're going to live to 150 by taking a lot of supplements, the better.
