The HQ building is dirty and dusty, so beware if you have allergies. Inside is very hot or very cold, sometimes on the same day. Located in a nasty neighborhood, so no errands are possible at lunch and you have to take an hour. On-site cafe regularly makes people sick, only fast food nearby. One refrigerator for everyone to use that is never cleaned out.
The medical insurance is good for individuals but bad for families - lower cost insurance for kids on the exchanges. No paid maternity leave. No sick time - three "floating" days that must be used annually. Limited paid time off.
