Great training on supplements and science behind them. Great employee discount on supplement.

Cons

Stats requirements for Health Advisors calls are ridiculous. The way you have to speak to customers without violating FDA regulations is extremely frustrating. It's almost impossible to get a 100% on any review, management is just looking for ways to ding you points, since your promotions, raises and other perks are all based on the score they decide to give you. It's very very hard to advance or get a raise.

Always pay on time Bonuses Good health benefits Do offer 401k Good discounts in quality products You get to know many good people If you only care about getting paid, this is your place!

Cons

Depending on who you are close to and what department you are in, you could get a bigger or smaller or not bonus check. Extremely unorganized No clear directions Very confusing to say the least Most of the time you feel people are just "guessing" Certain bad characters in key positions with lots of self awareness and self promotion thoughts instead of the company's future If you want a career path... walk away right now! The owner is not around anymore. I heard it was a good place to work for when he used to.
