A place that truly values the employees! Top level management takes the time to make all employees feel appreciated! I challenge anyone to find employment that offers 100% employee health insurance as well as dental and vision. Everyday I feel appreciated, respected and comfortable in the knowledge that because I care about doing the best job I can with integrity, and pride that I appreciate that my efforts are recognize and I know that I am valued! The pay is excellent, the bonus structure is generous and fair and available to all employees that demonstrate the pride in delivering excellence as any employer would expect! Example: 2 years ago the top level management added 2 additional free paid days off added to the 1 paid day off they implemented the previous year, with no strings attached. That is 60% of a work week as additional paid time off for EVERY employee. I have never experienced such a generous display of thanks to all employees.

Honesty, I have nothing to complain about! I am 1 of several hundred employees and wanted to share my experience. I look forward to many years of employment as this is a stable, enjoyable workplace. I look forward to going to work everyday!
