Helping people make a difference in their health decisions. Getting to work with great people. Fully paid medical for employees.

Cons

Upper management and executives are very detached from the reality of what the employees actually go through speak with customers daily.

*On site cafeteria - Dane's jerk pork on Wednesdays is delicious. *People are friendly *Paid well

*Heavy workload *Lots of meetings lead to extra hours at work *People seemed happy but there was an undercurrent of frustration

Pros

The pay is pretty good, especially for recent college graduates. Free health and dental insurance, which is hard to come by these days. Overtime is always available, could be a good thing or bad thing.

Cons

You are just a number here. You can work a full 8 hour shift and not talk to 1 coworker. You are literally tied to the phone. Life Extension customers are abusvie and you don't have support from supervisors. Everyone who gets on the phone can't wait to get off.
