Pros

This company is all about their customers. External and Internal (employees). I loved it there. I worked several customer service jobs and hands down this was the the best. They work with your shift all the time. They have endless overtime most of the time. They have yearly bonus if earned and you really don't have to do much to earn it. Just do your job! Insurance for employee is free!

Cons

The only challenge was hourly pay. It's not terrible but I think it should start at 15.00 and not 14.00. Although it's still a good start for customer service.

Pros

great training program , sometimes fun

Cons

feels like I am in the big brother house. To much micromanaging. Management did not treat employees like professionals since they were constantly being monitored. Phone, computer monitoring was 24/7 . Unnecessary stress imposed on employees. Otherwise was a good company.

Pros

Excellent Pay, Healthcare/Vision/Basic Life provided at no cost, ability to be part of the latest industry health related vitamin and supplement company. Company significant discounts on products

Cons

Growth is always difficult when your competing with yourself - member based private company which can be difficult when members have high expectations - think how you would expect to be treated at your doctor's office - would you want them to pay little attention to you or treat you rudely or give you incorrect information - standards are understandably high. Many people find great success there
