-Benefits -If i could have given this company 0 stars I would have.

Cons

-Terrible micromanaging by management that undermines everything the companies claims they are trying to do. -Underpaid -Actually have to ask for bathroom breaks. -Forced to speak nightly with chronic callers who are sometimes abusive. Some customer are only allowed to speak with male advisers because they harass the female employees. -Bombarded with negativity all day...no positive reinforcement. Total lack of appreciation.

Great location, convenient located close to two major highways, Intelligent people in the advisor department

Cons

Office environment of preferential treatment to friends especially with schedule changes. Products are not as natural as they market them to be especially most ingredients are G.M.O
