      Toxic Management Culture

      Pros

      You have some really great coworkers. And depending on the department it's not an extremely high pressure job. Also, they pay for medical insurance (for now, anyway).

      Cons

      Management is toxic, and the company overall poses as being very open to employee input and suggestion which is just not true. The initial benefits have gone SEVERELY downhill overtime. Bonuses are almost nonexistent now, the in-house cafeteria is gone, and raises are laughable. They don't treat their employees well and that's why the turnover rate is and stays very high. Lastly, the industry standards for pay are wayyyy above what this place offers, so look elsewhere.

      The coffee is free, and you can get refills

      If you're a grown person- this isn't it. KEEP MOVING. If you are a lowly worker CS or Care just work you aint valued. Its a revolving door. The pay is low, even with the little increase you other companys makes 17-18 to start doing the same thing. They treat you like your in daycare, coloring contests, of leaves, balls, and what have you, they leave out little snacks mini candies, bananas, and chips. And they walk by to peep in on you. Always begging people to work overtime, like pay people fairly and treat them like they grown, not like the supervisors kids dafuq. Its toxic,if you over a 40 don't do it. I mean use it as a stepping stone. I have seen so many people come and go I can't keep up wit who is who.
