Pros

Living onsite is a pro and a con

Cons

They are doing away with living onsite, that makes the pay even more dismal.

Pros

Love customers, and job itslef

Cons

Supervisor in this area does most things opposite of company policy and tries to force you to do it his way. He has no interest in hiring any female over the age of 40 and he's known as a bully.

Pros

Good hours, get every other weekend off. Not labor intensive, so have lots of energy for kids when I get home. Area manager does not micro manage, which allows me to work independently.

Cons

If you don't live in Buffalo, hard to get promoted. Would have to travel often or relocate in order to be promoted. Pay and bonus are low. And sometimes earning the bonus can be impossible. Almost feels like they would rather you not get the bonus.
