Pros

Great place to work. Offers great benefits for full time employees. No more than 3 people working in the office. Great if you don't like large crowds

Cons

The work schedule is 9 to 6 , mon - sat. The downfall is the sun schedule. 12-4 pm. Not much time available for worship of Sunday afternoon dinners with family

Pros

Flexible schedule. Sister stores help each other. Easy to get questions answered by another store manager if necessary.

Cons

There is a lot of double talk from those above the store level. It seems that they play by an entirely different rule book than those at the store level. The company is extremely money focused. If an associate makes a mistake with the cash drawer, they can be fired with no warning and no second chance.
