Pros

Mostly daytime hours Easy paperwork Meet new people Not too many customer complaints Easy building upkeep Very good training program

Cons

Usually only two employees, which means if the other person is unavailable you definitely have to work. Rotating weekend shifts. Customer complaints you really can't help (the elevator isn't big enough, someone is hogging the carts, someone is parked in my way, my movers didn't show up, etc) Selling insurance. Collection calls and auctions.
