      Other store personnel can be very helpful.

      Cons

      Low ball pay. When I was "promoted" from associate manager to store manager they paid me a dollar an hour less than the advertised rate of pay claiming "the ad shouldn't have said that, our shareholders would flip". Unreasonable standards from some area managers. They block all inbound emails and internet making doing business very difficult.
