Pros

Great place to work if you have zero employment prospects. Love to work lots of weekends. Love working for/with shady/low quality people who steal. lie,etc

Cons

You will work lots of weekends. You will have to cover stores in your area that may be on the other side of town. You will have to do outside maintenance work as well as office duties for the same amount of money... Deal with hostile customers who's belonging got auctioned.. etc

Pros

Solid schedule. Time off when you want. Las Vegas Western DM a nice guy who tries.

Cons

Upper management has no experience. HR is a joke and has 0 power. Company wastes vast amounts of money. DMs takes bribes to add expensive contractors to the market. Pay is okay at best however the 'Bonus' system which is the balance for the lower pay is completely managed by the "Director" of the company who has little understanding of the business and makes them nearly impossible to hit. 'Protection' is forced on customers and is added to the rent. If you do not make customers pay extra amount around $20 you are forced to do extra work and made examples of during weekly meetings which take place during your work hours. Regardless if your busy of not. DMs travel around on the company dime spending thousands to look at a sign yet if you ask for basic supplies you are told there is no money for these things. If you have a issue and report it to HR they just report it to who you have the issue with and tell you they have no power to handle it. An employee had cancer and was forced to quit and was told she was not able to take FML due to us not having enough employees. They only promote people who are unable to think for themselves. Flirting will get you promoted. Benefits are a joke. They also lie about your first bonus being prorated and give you that in writing then just don't pay you blaming 90 days. Which is says from first day on the letter.
